FSCK has established an IRC Channel on irc.freenode.net named #tsu.fsck where people can gather toghether, and you can expect someone to help when you had problems with (free) software applications and many things else. There are usually about 3 people always online on the channel, so you won't be very lonely.
IRC is a kind of chat room according to wikipedia: "Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is a form of real-time Internet chat or synchronous conferencing. It is mainly designed for group (many-to-many) communication in discussion forums called channels, but also allows one-to-one communication via private message and data transfers via Direct Client-to-Client.", but eventually becoming less popular in the past few years. If you aren't so geeky, you may not know about it, however, getting to IRC is pretty easy and straightforward.
X-chat is a good candidate for IRC Clients, and it's available in many platforms, including linux, windows, or mac. If you're using Windows, you can download an excellent build of x-chat here.
After installing, you will be able to launch it, select freenode as the network list appears. Click Connect, then type
/join #tsu.fsck
